Refunds Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
New subscriptions are sold and charged by Paddle, Python Land's authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment support and processes approved refunds to the original payment method.
In addition to any rights you have under applicable law or Paddle's policies, Python Land offers a refund if you are not happy with a legacy course purchase or the initial payment for a new Certificate or Guided subscription and request it within five days of that initial purchase. Telling us why is optional, but it helps us improve the courses and platform.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account page. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not itself refund a payment that has already been made. You keep access until the end of the paid billing period when using the ordinary plan-cancellation control. If you request account deletion, the account is locked and the subscription is cancelled immediately, so access ends immediately. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund.
To request a refund for a Paddle transaction, visit Paddle Buyer Support and include the transaction email and order details. You may also use the Python Land contact form. If Python Land approves an additional refund, Paddle will process it. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the amount available.
Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply to Paddle transactions. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, including statutory withdrawal or remedies for digital content that is not supplied as agreed.
